- Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in one or more of the following; Financial Accounting, Core Financials Banking and Settlements, Expenses, Customer Account or Grants Management
- Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions
- Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Customer Accounts functionality
- Experience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting is a plus
- Experience with project or workstream planning and management
- Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical skills
