Requirements
3-5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday
2+ years proven prior leading Workday, Financials implementations
Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Travel up to 50%
Workday Certification or equivalent practical experience in one or more of the following; Financial Accounting, Core Financials Banking and Settlements, Expenses, Customer Account or Grants Management
Experience leading Workday Financials design and customer confirmation sessions
Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Financials and the related Customer Accounts functionality
Experience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting is a plus
Experience with project or workstream planning and management
Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives
Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
