About the role
- Infrastructure Engineer managing WiFi infrastructure projects for demanding defense clients. Designing, deploying, and documenting technical solutions for complex environments.
Responsibilities
- As part of an expert team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying and supporting Wi‑Fi infrastructures for demanding clients (defense).
- You will be involved across the entire project lifecycle: from requirements definition through production deployment and technical documentation.
- Conduct Wi‑Fi audits (site survey, Ekahau Pro AI), analyze radio environments and propose appropriate solutions.
- Design Wi‑Fi network architecture (controllers, access points, antennas, security, VLANs, routing, QoS).
- Deploy, configure and bring infrastructures into production (Cisco, Aruba, Allied Telesis, etc.).
- Perform acceptance testing and produce technical documentation (DAT, DI, DEX).
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents in coordination with support teams and vendors.
- Transfer knowledge to client administrators.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in telecommunications, networking or security
- Minimum 3 years’ experience integrating network or Wi‑Fi infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of radio environments and network protocols
- Good writing skills and operational technical English
- Team player with rigor, autonomy and a service-oriented mindset
- Continuous technological awareness and motivated to pursue vendor certifications
- Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent certification (issued within the last 2 years)
- H0B0 electrical authorization, Secret Defense clearance or primary control appreciated
