About the role

  • Wholesale Client Support Analyst facilitating communication across various product teams for deal execution. Involves credit agreements analysis and operational readiness responsibilities with a focus on financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with analyzing credit agreements for operational readiness
  • Prepare deals structured for closing
  • Translate credit agreements for operational execution
  • Monitor actions to uphold the integrity of transaction portfolio
  • Request funding and provide instructions for the booking of transactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Basic understanding of Credit Agreements and Syndicated Loans
  • 2 Years Related Experience
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 15%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
