About the role

  • Client Service Executive at Clearstream managing relationships with key global clients and onboarding new businesses. Responsibilities include enhancing processes and supporting client service targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall client servicing with key clients including query management and KPI reporting
  • Support Relationship Management teams with operational knowledge and onboarding strategies for new clients
  • Develop and lead successful business migration plans
  • Enhance and optimize internal and external processes with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions through client requirements oversight
  • Support the Head of Client Service in delivering team goals and aiding team members' growth

Requirements

  • 2 years professional experience in servicing B2B business partners
  • Bachelor's degree in a financial, business or science-related field
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry with a focus on Banking or Asset Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
