About the role

  • Evaluating, planning, and designing projects related to water/wastewater/stormwater treatment and conveyance
  • Supporting and driving the development of projects
  • Interacting and working with clients
  • Performing site visits, water sampling, analyzing water quality, evaluating technologies, troubleshooting processes, and optimizing plant operations
  • Supporting Asset Management projects, conducting operational/organizational assessments, condition assessments, and evaluating performance of water/wastewater/stormwater facilities
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other audio-visual materials, and participating in client meetings
  • Ensuring project compliance with all Arcadis practices and quality, health and safety standards
  • Learning, designing, and managing databases, SQL server, cloud-based computing services, and configuration of interactive dashboards
  • Using digital tools to enhance customer experience and collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a closely related engineering discipline)
  • Prior work/internship experience at a design or consulting engineering firm or municipal work environment
  • Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and/or Revit
  • EIT certification
