About the role

  • VP of Salesforce Strategy and Operations at On Location overseeing Salesforce initiatives and driving operational excellence. Leading strategic roadmap and AI-integrated capabilities for customer engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the optimization, governance, and strategic roadmap of the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and IT
  • Oversee Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, data management, and CRM governance
  • Drive process standardization and automation
  • Define and own the Salesforce roadmap
  • Shape the strategic roadmap to integrate emerging AI-powered automation
  • Drive pilots and operationalization of AI-enabled sales, service, and marketing capabilities
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous innovation, learning, and improvement
  • Partner with SalesOps, Guest Services, and MarketingOps teams
  • Serve as an executive champion for Agentforce and agentic AI adoption
  • Establish, build, and monitor KPIs tied to AI and automation
  • Ensure AI adoption aligns with ethical AI use standards
  • Manage vendor relationships with Salesforce and partner ecosystem
  • Manage Salesforce usage, costs, and budget
  • Stay ahead of evolving Salesforce AI releases.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of CRM and transformation leadership experience
  • At least 8 years leading Salesforce-focused teams
  • Expertise in multi-cloud Salesforce environments
  • Background in leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
  • Experience collaborating with SalesOps, Guest Services, and MarketingOps teams
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and other agentic AI capabilities
  • Knowledge of 3rd party tools and platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Amplitude)
  • Understanding of AI automation design patterns
  • Demonstrated ability to tie outcomes to enterprise metrics
  • Expertise in Salesforce data model, automation, governance, and integration frameworks
  • Expertise with automation across Salesforce
  • Strong business acumen to partner effectively at the executive level
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Experience implementing observability using Datadog
  • Change leadership with a track record of managing cultural adoption.
  • Capacity to bridge technical AI concepts and business outcomes.
