- 5+ years of strategic planning, process improvement, marketing, or operational planning experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- 7+ years in financial services or other highly regulated industry such as insurance
- Marketing experience direct and digital marketing
- Experience with financial services marketing data analytics or finance
