About the role
- Produce and edit episodes of Kind Clinic's Navigaytion series (3-4 shortform episodes per month)
- Perform videography on-location in Austin-based Cinemaker Space and potentially travel to Dallas or San Antonio
- Edit social-focused episodes optimized for Instagram Reels/TikTok with playful, cheeky tone
- Deliver final assets in .mp4 (H.264), 4K optimized for vertical, aspect ratios 9:16 and 4:5
- Provide raw principal and b-roll footage in Apple ProRes 422 HQ (or equivalent)
- Coordinate with Kind Clinic’s Creative Team for scripting, casting, and set details
- Meet turnaround timelines: monthly shoots, first proofs 2 weeks before publish, final delivery 5 days before, and support up to 3 revision rounds
- Sign NDA and manage image release forms for talent where applicable
Requirements
- Experienced Videographers and Video Editors
- Ability to provide videography, video editing, or both
- Ability to produce 3-4 shortform episodes per month (30 seconds to 3 minutes each)
- Ability to deliver final exports sized as Instagram Reel/TikTok compatible
- Ability to provide raw principal and b-roll raw footage (Apple ProRes 422 HQ or equivalent high-bitrate format)
- Proficiency exporting .mp4 (H.264 codec) and delivering 4K vertical-optimized video in 9:16 and 4:5 aspect ratios
- Ability to meet timeline: first proofs 2 weeks before publish, final delivery 5 days before publish, and handle up to 3 rounds of revisions
- Willingness/ability to film on-location in Austin Cinemaker Space
- Potential availability for travel to Dallas or San Antonio
- Must sign NDA if applicable and ensure talent signs image release form and NDA if applicable
- Provide proposal including services offered, ideal retainer length, examples/references demonstrating style and quality, and overall rate
