About the role

  • Research, plan, and edit engaging short-form videos aligned with our marketing calendar and trending topics.
  • Identify and leverage emerging video and social media trends to drive growth and engagement.
  • Optimize videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative video concepts.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the e-commerce and dropshipping space.

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing videos for social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
  • Skilled in CapCut and other short-form editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of what drives views, engagement, and reach organically.
  • Comfortable working with Mac and iPhone.
  • A portfolio of short-form video content, showing high organic engagement.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with dropshipping or e-commerce content is a big plus.
  • Experience managing or contributing to multiple successful social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with analytics and optimizing content performance.
