Responsibilities
Research, plan, and edit engaging short-form videos aligned with our marketing calendar and trending topics.
Identify and leverage emerging video and social media trends to drive growth and engagement.
Optimize videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative video concepts.
Stay up to date with trends in the e-commerce and dropshipping space.
Requirements
Proven experience editing videos for social media platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
Skilled in CapCut and other short-form editing tools.
Strong understanding of what drives views, engagement, and reach organically.
Comfortable working with Mac and iPhone.
A portfolio of short-form video content, showing high organic engagement.
Nice to Have: Experience with dropshipping or e-commerce content is a big plus.
Experience managing or contributing to multiple successful social media accounts.
Familiarity with analytics and optimizing content performance.
