- Strong executive communication skills with expertise conveying complex information and data simply and meaningfully.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.
- Passion for people management with the ability to motivate and evolve teams through effective thought leadership, management and coaching.
- Strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Enterprise.
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in an ever-evolving, dynamic environment.
- Use your influencing skills to advance Real Estate priorities across a broad group of stakeholders.
