About the role
- Provide leadership and clinical management to all operations, including those of Chief Executive Officers and Behavioral Unit leaders.
- Plan, direct, coordinate and oversee daily operational activities, ensuring the implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the Division.
- Assist the President in producing, advising, and leading CEOs through operations budgets.
- Responsible for accountability, training, writing and reporting of budgets throughout the Division.
- Produce weekly and monthly operating summaries and data-specific pivot tables with operational summaries.
- Travel extensively as required to maintain hands-on oversight and management of multi-site operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (Joint Commission, CMS, etc) and conditions of participation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in psychiatric healthcare leadership required.
- Must have demonstrated understanding of all areas of psychiatric hospital operations.
- Ten years minimum experience strongly preferred in measurable, psych/behavioral health related experience is required.
- Must have demonstrated experience in healthcare and with regulatory bodies (Joint Commission, CMS, etc) and be well-versed with conditions of participation and requirements of each regulatory body.
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Clinician strongly preferred.
- Ability to extensively travel, sometimes at a moments notice, to any facility within our multi-state operations.
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis on producing measurable outcomes.
- Must be able to produce weekly and monthly operating summaries.
- Ability to produce data specific pivot tables with operational summaries.
- Strong preference for candidates based out of Louisiana.
