Responsibilities
- Lead a global organization of 60+ scientists based in the US and the Netherlands

- Act as an ambassador of Genmab science in both internal and external forums
Requirements
- PhD or MD/PhD in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology)
- 15-20+ years of drug development experience in biotech/pharma, with demonstrated leadership in translational science or biomarker strategy
- Strong track record of influencing drug development decisions from preclinical to late-stage programs
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and fostering global collaboration
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to scientific excellence, strong work ethics, and a passion for translational studies to serve as an inspiration to the team
