Responsibilities
Overseeing the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise data management strategies
Ensuring high data quality, security, and accessibility across the organization
Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT
Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
Leading cross-functional teams to align on data initiatives
Facilitating training and change management across departments
Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Partnering with tax, finance, and operations leaders to ensure cross-functional data needs are addressed
Leading the development and execution of enterprise data management and governance strategies
Overseeing the design and implementation of scalable, reliable data solutions
Establishing and enforcing governance frameworks, policies, and standards
Driving continuous improvement in data management processes
Managing and prioritizing multiple projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in enterprise data management, data governance, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience with ETL, data modeling, SQL, and master data management solutions
Hands-on expertise with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Collibra, or equivalent
Strong background in ERP systems, FP&A, and tax domain data requirements is a plus
Strong background in data integration (ETL), data warehousing, metadata management, and data quality solutions
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business issues and perform advanced data analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading large-scale software implementation projects and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau.
