Responsibilities
- Lead the Foundation’s Catalytic Finance team
- Partner with program teams to design and lead catalytic finance strategies
- Represent the Foundation in high-level forums
- Drive the development of new financial instruments
- Identify, evaluate, and manage a portfolio of PRIs
- Oversee due diligence, approval, and reporting for all PRIs
- Cultivate and manage relationships with multilateral banks, development finance institutions, philanthropic peers, investors, and governments
- Deliver semi-annual reporting of the financial and impact performance
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, development finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working in emerging market finance
- Deep expertise in innovative finance mechanisms
- Proven experience mobilizing private capital for development impact
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
