Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L process, analyzing variances
  • Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
  • Oversee revenue and margin analysis
  • Act as financial advisor to operational teams
  • Champion automation and data integrity

Requirements

  • Fully or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • Experience with NetSuite and Solution 7 is a significant plus
  • At least 3 years in a dedicated FP&A role
  • A track record of linking operational metrics to financial outcomes
  • Familiarity with security threats and data handling procedures
  • Knowledge of basic compliance requirements
