About the role

  • Serve different client areas to understand communication needs and translate them into clear, accessible content;
  • Refactor existing content, optimizing language, navigability, and user experience;
  • Create new FAQ content aligned with the brand's tone of voice and UX Writing best practices;
  • Ensure texts are SEO-optimized to increase the FAQ's organic reach;
  • Partner with product, marketing, customer service, and digital teams to advance the customer's digital journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Solid experience as a UX Writer, preferably in high-volume digital channels;
  • Advanced knowledge of UX Writing and microcopy best practices;
  • Knowledge of SEO and practical application in digital content.
