Responsibilities
- Shape and implement experience strategy for broker experiences
- Having a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points and expectations
- Understand goals and challenges in the context of business and engineering priorities
- Work with service designers to influence and develop the roadmap and overall product strategy
- Engage with leadership to understand objectives and opportunities aligned to good customer outcomes
- Provide leadership to a team of multi-disciplinary designers to support decision-making, delivery and team culture
- Establish a growth culture and build capabilities through the formal development and mentoring of team members
Requirements
- Extensive and demonstrable experience within User Experience design/Product Design
- B2B(2C) design experience preferable
- Design systems experience, including Figma expertise
- Understanding of Qual and Quant research
- Experience leading teams
- Strong stakeholder negotiation skills
- A strong strategic vision that aligns well to the overall business strategy
- Line management experience
