About the role
- Designer UX/UI creating user experiences for Ciril GROUP's software solutions. Collaborating with marketing and development teams to implement user research and design prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Implement user research (interviews, tests, workshops, …) using the Double Diamond methodology
- Prototype and design features in collaboration with Development teams and Product Owners
- Maintain and evolve the Design System by defining the visual and behavioral specifications of new components
- Integrate and adapt the Design System according to project needs
- Lead user clubs and participate in trade shows to present the future of our solutions
Requirements
- Degree in UX/UI Design or related field
- Proven initial experience in UI/UX
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Storybook and Zeroheight
- Comfortable with office productivity tools and CRM systems
- Autonomous, organized, and strong interpersonal skills
- Curious and passionate about new technologies
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
