About the role

  • Identifies, documents, and triages defects or issues found during testing
  • Maintains documentation such as record test results, defect logs, and testing artifacts
  • Develops test plans, data conversion, and implementation plans as needed
  • Triages issues and incidents reported by end-users for resolution or escalation
  • Identifies patterns and researches incidents
  • Collaborates with cross-functional SME’s to determine root cause and impact
  • Leads team in Identifying, documenting, and triaging defects or issues found during testing

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, insurance or related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered
  • 3+ years of P&C insurance industry experience
  • Understanding of how to write test cases
  • Strong communication skills
