Responsibilities
Locate and recruit talented students and recent graduates from universities across Spain
Manage a consistent sourcing and marketing strategy for the market
Identify opportunities to increase hiring and evolve recruitment strategies
Represent Veeva as a Generation Veeva Ambassador to build our brand in universities across Europe, with a specific focus on Spain, and promote our Development Program
Develop long-term engagement programs with universities and student organizations
Coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruiting events and other talent attraction initiatives
Create and deliver in-person and virtual presentations/webinars to educate potential candidates on the career opportunities at Veeva
Facilitate follow-through with candidates, leaders, and Hiring Managers
Build strong connections with Veeva business leaders and stakeholders
Partner with Director of Generation Veeva, University Recruitment Manager for Europe, and Consulting organization to build talent attraction strategy and interview candidates
Requirements
2+ years of experience in university/early talent recruitment or end-to-end recruitment
Minimum a B.S. or B.A. degree
Based in Barcelona, Spain
Native-level Spanish and strong professional English language skills
Proven ability to authentically build relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
Persistent, go-getter mindset
Ability for structured thinking and prioritization
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
Candidates must be eligible for employment in Europe
Ability to travel across Europe up to 50% during peak recruiting season (3-4 months of the year)
