About the role

  • Design landing pages, promo pages, and microsites
  • Create email templates for marketing campaigns
  • Work on product features of junior–middle level scope
  • Conduct competitor research and analyze best practices in web and product design
  • Deliver high-quality, developer-ready designs for websites and features
  • Shape user journeys and impact metrics at scale as part of a large design team
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams; participate in mentoring and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of UX/UI design experience (landing pages, websites, email templates, web products)
  • Proficiency with modern AI tools for boosting productivity, generating graphics, and AI-powered layout
  • Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
  • Solid understanding of UX fundamentals (user flows, wireframes, basic research)
  • Strong grasp of UI principles and experience with design systems
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand technical constraints
  • Experience with graphics (icons, illustrations, image editing)
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
  • Open and constructive collaboration with designers, developers, and product teams
  • Readiness to adapt to changing priorities and switch between marketing and product tasks
  • Eagerness to explore new tools, trends, and approaches to design
  • Portfolio: web design cases (products, websites, landing pages, email templates) and examples of work with design systems or UI components
  • Would be a plus: Portfolio with product design cases or pet projects
  • Motivation and readiness to grow into a Product Designer role
