Requirements

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and within a team setting.
Experience of identifying root cause analysis, to support development of outcomes and solutions
Experienced in producing engaging process documentation, including guides, videos, and flows; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Page Tiger, Visio, and SharePoint is desirable.
Skilled in facilitating group sessions, constructively challenging the status quo, and capturing actionable outcomes.
