Responsibilities
- Begleitest Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung mit Blick auf die User:innen
- konzipierst nutzerzentrierte Oberflächen für Web- und Mobile-Apps vom ersten Wireframe bis zum finalen Design
- konzipierst und gestaltest Websites für unsere Kunden/Kundinnen und interne Projekte
- erstellst klickbare Prototypen und Mockups sowie Design-Systeme in Tools wie Figma
- arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwickler:innen zusammen, um eine saubere Übergabe und Umsetzung deiner Designs sicherzustellen
- bringst aktuelle UI/UX-Trends und Best Practices ins Team ein und entwickelst gemeinsam unsere Designstandards weiter
Requirements
- Abschluss eines Studiums, eine Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit den Schwerpunkten UI/UX, Medieninformatik, Interaction Design oder einem verwandten Feld
- einschlägige Erfahrung im UI/UX-Design optimalerweise im Bereich der Web- und Mobile-Apps
- beherrscht die Arbeit in Figma und Figjam
- hohes Organisationsgeschick und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren
