1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Trainer im Bereich der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung
Idealerweise Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Versicherung oder Assistance
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
