Responsibilities
Hold in-person and online meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer surety insurance solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations from start to finish, focusing on conversion, predictability and margin.
Work in synergy with FINN's technical team to follow up and prioritize ongoing quotes, ensuring speed and quality in proposals.
Monitor competitors' activity in active processes and propose strategies to remain competitive.
Work on leads qualified by the SDR team and also develop your own active portfolio.
Present FINN's platform and differentiators, reinforcing a consultative value proposition during negotiations.
Build strategic relationships with company decision-makers (CFOs, directors, partners, procurement managers, etc.).
Ensure an efficient handover of closed clients to the Customer Success team, securing continuity in the relationship.
Requirements
Proven, solid experience with surety insurance, especially in sales and negotiation with medium and large companies.
Track record in B2B consultative sales.
Ability to understand technical products and translate them into high‑value commercial proposals.
Excellent communication, active listening and negotiation skills.
Organized, able to manage multiple opportunities in the pipeline.
Availability for in-person meetings and occasional travel.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
Previous experience in brokerages, insurance companies or insurtechs.
Experience with complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience managing strategic accounts in the public or private sector (construction companies, government suppliers, infrastructure firms, etc.).
Resilient, competitive profile with a strong target orientation.
