About the role
- Trainee handling financial management tasks at Grupo Bradesco, providing analytical support in credit portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Atualizar informações da carteira com base nos dados bancários
- Compreender a dinâmica completa da carteira
- Validar classificações de lançamentos realizados pela RCB e pelo Administrador/Custodiante (Oslo)
- Atualizar dados bancários em planilhas de controle
- Organizar e controlar comprovantes de bloqueio
- Atualizar o sistema com informações pertinentes
- Analisar composições de saldo via extrato bancário
- Validar tipos de desbloqueio judicial e confrontar saldos
- Apoiar as áreas jurídicas e realizar solicitações aos bancos
- Atualizar planilhas de identificação e efetuar reconhecimento no sistema (baixa de Batch ID e estornos no Alpheratz)
- Validar recebimentos mediante análise de comprovantes
- Controlar e organizar chamados (mantis) abertos e junto aos bancos
- Conciliar recebimentos entre comprovantes, sistemas (Alpheratz, Custody) e valores pendentes
- Apoiar o time de Operações na resolução dos casos
- Atualizar planilhas de rateio com informações externas (Microstrategy ou planilhas de suporte)
- Validar fórmulas e valores finais
- Atualizar mensalmente as tarifas cobradas
- Classificar despesas por tipo e validar valores conforme acordos bancários
Requirements
- Excel: domínio de fórmulas financeiras e lógicas básicas (SOMA, SOMASES, SUBTOTAL, SE, SEERRO, ARRED, PROCV etc.)
- Formação: Superior completo ou cursando em: Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis.
