About the role
- Take ownership of day-to-day backend operations for multiple TikTok Shops
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings for accuracy, compliance, and discoverability
- Monitor and adjust product pricing and track SKU-level profitability
- Enroll eligible SKUs into TikTok campaigns and monitor campaign performance
- Proactively track shop health, warnings, product takedowns, and policy violations and resolve issues
- Review analytics (sales velocity, traffic, conversion rate) and recommend optimizations
- Deliver daily performance reports across all active shops
- Collaborate with creative teams to A/B test product images and listing copy
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop features, seller tools, and algorithm changes
- Coordinate with creators, marketers, and operations to align listings with inventory and campaigns
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and task ownership
- Experience managing eCommerce product listings and platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.)
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and make optimization decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and campaign tools (nice-to-have)
- Prior experience in backend operations, compliance, or data analysis (nice-to-have)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of performance marketing or TikTok algorithm behavior (nice-to-have)
- Do you have at least 2 years of experience in TikTok Shop content creation?
