About the role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to dental practices and clinics.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent dental industry experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of dental products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in dental sales or a related field.
  • Familiarity with dental practice management and operations.
  • Experience with capital equipment sales is a plus.
