About the role
- Participate in radio network planning and optimization projects, including technology upgrades and vendor transitions (e.g., Ericsson to Nokia)
- Investigate cell/site integration to ensure coverage, capacity, and quality are preserved or improved
- Help verify parameter settings for the network
- Monitor KPIs and network performance
- Generate technical documentation and reports on progress, site acceptance, challenges, and solutions
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and participate in vendor transitions and technology upgrades
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering bachelor's degree
- Understanding of 5G and LTE architecture
- High interest in new technologies and telecommunications
- Strong analytical skills and eagerness to find innovative/disruptive solutions
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- It would be nice to have: Experience with TCP packet analysis using Wireshark or similar tools
- It would be nice to have: Experience working at a tech company
- It would be nice to have: Additional experience on project automation/AI
