Provisioning & Telecom Operations Specialist managing service activation and customer support tasks. Addressing issues and coordinating with partners to maintain service quality in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Gestionar la provisión y activación de servicios móviles (prepago/postpago/eSIM) y de línea fija (TV cuando sea aplicable).
Coordinar la gestión de SIM/eSIM, portabilidad de números y activación técnica a través de plataformas MVNE/MNO.
Monitorear órdenes de servicio, tickets de clientes y resolver discrepancias en facturación, cobros o provisión.
Apoyar al equipo de atención al cliente con escalaciones y resolución de problemas en backend.
Gestionar suspensiones, reactivaciones y desconexiones de servicios según solicitudes de clientes o estado de crédito.
Asegurar la entrada precisa de datos y actualizaciones en CRM y sistemas de facturación.
Colaborar con MNO, socios de infraestructura y proveedores para solucionar problemas de servicio.
Ejecutar revisiones periódicas de consistencia de datos entre plataformas MVNO y la red principal del MNO.
Requirements
Más de 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de telecomunicaciones o soporte al cliente (preferiblemente en MVNO/MNO - empresas de operadores móviles virtuales).
Familiaridad con sistemas de provisión de telecomunicaciones, CRM y herramientas de facturación.
Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples partes interesadas (equipos técnicos, MNO, atención al cliente).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y documentación.
