About the role

  • Sales Operations Executive central to supporting brokers and internal teams for SmartestEnergy. Building relationships and enhancing processes for operational efficiency in the Worthing office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of support for brokers and internal teams.
  • Ensure queries are handled efficiently and accurately while building strong working relationships.
  • Develop a solid understanding of core processes, documentation requirements, and the end-to-end commercial journey.
  • Provide first-line support and enhance knowledge of products, tariffs, and contract validation.
  • Support pre-live processes, manage inbound enquiries, and collaborate with sales channels to resolve operational challenges.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
