About the role
- Serve as a senior contributor on engagements related to IT risk management, audit, and compliance
- Lead testing and assessments of IT controls across infrastructure, applications, and Azure cloud environments
- Evaluate compliance with standards/frameworks such as SOC, FedRAMP, ITGC, NIST, and cloud security best practices
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen governance, encryption, business continuity, and resiliency programs
- Prepare and present deliverables including findings, reports, and executive-level communications
- Collaborate with project teams, helping drive workflows, knowledge transfer, and successful delivery
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex enterprise risk and compliance challenges
- Demonstrate leadership through knowledge sharing and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT Audit, IT Compliance, or Technology Risk Management
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOC, FedRAMP, ITGC, ISO 27001, NIST
- Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms; strong understanding of enterprise risk and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and thrive in client-facing environments
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prior consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Occasional work onsite in Seattle required
