About the role

  • Create and maintain accurate, user-friendly product documentation, including Knowledge Base articles, API docs, release notes, and guides.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that helps customers understand both how and why to use the product.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to align documentation and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Expand and manage the Knowledge Base as a strategic, living resource—ensuring consistency, taxonomy, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop documentation that improves team alignment and efficiency.
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously refine content quality and clarity.
  • Help define and maintain CYE’s tone of voice and product language standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS product company.
  • Background in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS applications – an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work closely with developers and technical teams to gather and document complex technical information.
  • Hands-on experience in creating product documentation, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.
  • Strong ability to translate highly technical content into clear and structured documentation suitable for different audiences.
  • Mother-tongue level English proficiency – essential.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently.
