About the role
- Technical Project Manager owning data implementations and ERP integrations for Carbmee, a carbon management platform. Driving data transformations, imports, and customer onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation process, guiding customers through onboarding and ensuring successful integration of data into Carbmee’s platform
- Analyze data from customers’ ERP systems and collaborate with stakeholders to guide data integration
- Handle data transformations and imports; implement initial datasets and data change requests in the carbmee EIS software
- Develop and manage structured project plans with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; coordinate closely with stakeholders
- Use and build scripts and tools needed for the customer journey; provide hands-on support troubleshooting technical issues
- Technical consulting to optimize implementation workflows, identify opportunities for scalability, automation, and efficiency
- Communicate needs for data tools to Data Engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, or technical project management
- Proven project management expertise, successfully leading data-driven implementations with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Strong SaaS and data integration expertise, with knowledge of APIs and basic scripting (Python, SQL)
- Understanding of ERP infrastructure (especially SAP)
- Hands-on experience with data imports, including data transformation, cleaning, validation, and preparation
- Advanced Excel and data analysis proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working across distributed and cross-functional teams
- Excellent English skills; German skills are a great plus
- Passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions, and decarbonization management
