About the role

  • Wisemen is seeking a project manager to join our Contact Center Support team
  • Define, analyze, and orchestrate the delivery of the business and technical requirements of complex Contact Center implementations
  • Coordinate quality assurance, installation, documentation, and delivery management
  • Provide the technical capability to support multiple enterprise infrastructure team efforts and the goals of the Program
  • Contribute to all phases of the Program/Project Management lifecycle within the PMO
  • Generate/Review executive presentations
  • Generate/Review training programs
  • Generate/Review reports for business customers
  • Conduct ProSight Updates – Portfolio/Program Management for Unified Network System (UNS)
  • SharePoint Administration/Migration
  • Power Teams User/Administration, PowerBI User/Administration support
  • MS Project support, MS Visio support, Ad-hoc Excel support for the leadership team
  • Ad-hoc PowerPoint support for the leadership team (1-2 weekly)
  • Change Management leadership/documentation/training
  • Interact daily with varying team members including IT Specialists and Program Analysts
  • Manage Agile meeting documentation with respect to Unified Work Requests (UWR)
  • Develop Impact Cost Analysis for Unified Work Requests (UWR)
  • Track, report, incorporate, and manage input for publication updates
  • Train on Work Request Management Systems (WRMS) regularly
  • Track Impact Cost Analysis data throughout the entire Agile lifecycle
  • Track Change Request (via CCE Matrix) status throughout the entire lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with CVP Studio, Java, and back-end integration with databases and web services
  • Familiarity and exposure to Report Customization with Aceyus
  • Familiarity and exposure to Cisco 3rd Party Products (i.e. Nuance, Finesse, Verint, etc.)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in VoiceXML IVR technologies
  • Experience with Visio, MS Project, and other MS Office Applications
  • 5 years of experience with Cisco UCCE platforms: Intelligent Contact Management, Customer Voice Portal, Cisco Identity services, and Finesse
  • 5 years of experience with Windows Server platforms
  • 3 years of experience with VMware technologies in asset allocation, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen.
