About the role

  • Digital Project Manager coordinating and managing digital marketing and fundraising campaigns for nonprofit clients at Blue North. Leading teams to deliver quality projects on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital marketing and fundraising campaigns across multiple clients
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, blocking charts, and campaign calendars
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project milestones
  • Identify risks or delays early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Manage project scope and budgets, identifying out-of-scope work and coordinating change orders when required
  • Coordinate the launch and delivery of digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital advertising channels
  • Ensure campaign assets (creative, copy, landing pages, tracking parameters) are finalized and delivered according to platform specifications
  • Work closely with digital marketing specialists to support campaign launch, monitoring, and optimization
  • Maintain campaign tracking documentation, workflow trackers, and reporting dashboards
  • Coordinate with analytics and digital marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels and UTM parameters
  • Support campaign performance reporting and post-campaign analysis
  • Perform quality checks on digital campaigns prior to launch
  • Verify links, creative assets, campaign setup, and platform specifications
  • Ensure deliverables meet internal standards and client expectations
  • Maintain project documentation, templates, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency across digital campaigns

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing agency or digital marketing environment
  • Experience managing digital campaigns including paid advertising, email, SMS, or website projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing and managing Gantt charts, production schedules, and campaign tracking documents
  • Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and creative production processes
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Basecamp, Workamajig, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, or digital reporting tools is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project risks.
