Responsibilities
Handling customer calls regarding maintenance and servicing of heating boilers and heat pumps
Supporting the on-site team with customers via remote maintenance
Technical consultation for gas boilers, gas-fired boilers and heating systems
Requirements
Completed training as a heating installer, ventilation technician, electrician, gas and water installer, mechatronics technician or equivalent
Professional experience with heating technology and gas boilers
Fluent German, spoken and written (C2 level)
Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
Enjoyment of communication and telephone work
Composure in stressful situations
