Responsibilities
- Handling customer calls regarding maintenance and servicing of heating boilers and heat pumps
- Supporting the on-site team with customers via remote maintenance
- Technical consultation for gas boilers, gas-fired boilers and heating systems
Requirements
- Completed training as a heating installer, ventilation technician, electrician, gas and water installer, mechatronics technician or equivalent
- Professional experience with heating technology and gas boilers
- Fluent German, spoken and written (C2 level)
- Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Enjoyment of communication and telephone work
- Composure in stressful situations
