About the role

  • First point of contact for tech-related issues, providing timely L1/L2 support across shops, offices and manufacturing
  • Actively manage vendor relationships, coordinate support requests, and track SLA performance
  • Assist with hardware operations including procurement, provisioning and deployment across a range of OS
  • Support onboarding and adoption of new systems; provide support, training and guidance
  • Maintain strong knowledge of global and local tech stack to enable troubleshooting and informed decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to promote alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Support contract renewals and procurement focusing on value, service and alignment with digital ethics and standards
  • Champion smart, sustainable ways of working using modern platforms and tools to drive efficiency
  • Resolve urgent tickets, manage vendors, find cost savings, and roll out platforms supporting business-critical systems
  • Report into the General Manager, Digital and operate across the wider tech function

Requirements

  • THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO CURRENT LUSH EMPLOYEES ONLY
  • 2+ years’ experience in technical support or IT operations
  • Experience providing L1/L2 support to shops, offices and manufacturing teams
  • Vendor and contract management experience, including SLA tracking
  • Hardware operations experience (procurement, provisioning, deployment across multiple OS)
  • Experience supporting onboarding, training and adoption of new systems
  • Practical knowledge of modern business tools, systems and troubleshooting
  • Clear communicator, active listener and calm under pressure
  • Able to work independently, prioritise in busy multi-tasking environment
  • Comfortable learning custom platforms and solving unfamiliar problems
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Practices data privacy compliance and values ethical technology use
  • Retail or manufacturing environment experience (bonus)
  • Able to work from Villawood office 3 days a week and provide weekend coverage
