About the role
- First point of contact for tech-related issues, providing timely L1/L2 support across shops, offices and manufacturing
- Actively manage vendor relationships, coordinate support requests, and track SLA performance
- Assist with hardware operations including procurement, provisioning and deployment across a range of OS
- Support onboarding and adoption of new systems; provide support, training and guidance
- Maintain strong knowledge of global and local tech stack to enable troubleshooting and informed decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to promote alignment and knowledge sharing
- Support contract renewals and procurement focusing on value, service and alignment with digital ethics and standards
- Champion smart, sustainable ways of working using modern platforms and tools to drive efficiency
- Resolve urgent tickets, manage vendors, find cost savings, and roll out platforms supporting business-critical systems
- Report into the General Manager, Digital and operate across the wider tech function
Requirements

- 2+ years’ experience in technical support or IT operations
- Experience providing L1/L2 support to shops, offices and manufacturing teams
- Vendor and contract management experience, including SLA tracking
- Hardware operations experience (procurement, provisioning, deployment across multiple OS)
- Experience supporting onboarding, training and adoption of new systems
- Practical knowledge of modern business tools, systems and troubleshooting
- Clear communicator, active listener and calm under pressure
- Able to work independently, prioritise in busy multi-tasking environment
- Comfortable learning custom platforms and solving unfamiliar problems
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Practices data privacy compliance and values ethical technology use
- Retail or manufacturing environment experience (bonus)
- Able to work from Villawood office 3 days a week and provide weekend coverage
