Responsibilities
You lead, manage and develop an interdisciplinary team of five employees
You develop, direct and implement marketing and PR initiatives and provide operational support to the team
You are responsible for the planning and coordination of campaigns as well as press and media relations
You carry budget responsibility and monitor the success of communications activities
You oversee and develop the corporate identity and external brand presence
You organize and support events and trade fairs
You work closely with internal departments, executive management and external agencies
Requirements
A degree in marketing, communications, PR, media or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional and leadership experience in marketing and/or public relations
Knowledge of public transport (ÖPNV) and of political processes and stakeholders is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a keen sensibility for language, design, trends and target-group communication
Creativity, strategic thinking and strong organizational skills
