Responsibilities
Create clear and engaging communication
Develop and deliver communication plans together with Internal Communications and HR
Turn corporate messages into simple, practical content that frontline teams easily understand
Keep all communication concise, accessible, and aligned with company priorities
Manage and grow engagement on our internal communication platform (Blink)
Build strong relationships with site leaders and frontline teams to gather real stories, feedback, and insights
Share local success stories, best practices, and employee voices across the organization to strengthen connection and engagement
Track communication performance using analytics and employee feedback
Test new formats and ideas to continuously improve engagement and message clarity
Work closely with HR, Operations, Managers, and the Communications team to ensure consistent and well-timed messaging
Act as the go-to communication partner for initiatives related to frontline employees
Coordinate with the Marketing team on local needs and internal campaigns
Support employer branding by helping at job fairs and career events
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related communication roles
Strong English and Slovakian language, spoken and written
Independent and creative
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
Proven experience communicating with frontline, operational or non-desk-based populations
Experience managing digital communication channels such as intranets, employee apps
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and easily build relationships
