Conduct the coordination and execution of staffing for Tax engagements, aligning staff skills, experience, and availability with client and engagement requirements
Partner with leadership to forecast resource demand, identify capacity gaps, and recommend strategies for optimal staffing and utilization
Maintain and enhance staffing and scheduling systems to ensure real-time accuracy and visibility into team availability and allocation
Monitor utilization and project timelines, providing analysis and actionable insights to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely project delivery
Serve as a central point of contact for staffing updates, communicating proactively with leaders, engagement managers, and team members regarding scheduling changes and priorities
Collaborate with HR, Talent Development, and leadership to support workforce planning, onboarding, and skill development initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, streamlining resource management processes, and leveraging data to drive operational decisions
Balance multiple assignments and priorities with precision, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve utilization and business performance
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project operations within public accounting, consulting, or professional services
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of Tax engagement lifecycles, staffing models, and operational processes within a professional services environment
