About the role

  • Gaining a foundational understanding of individual income taxes and tax regulations relevant to globally mobile employees, with a focus on various jurisdictions.
  • Assisting with the collection, organisation, and interpretation of employee data, including compensation, benefits, and assignment details, to support tax compliance processes.
  • Preparing and reviewing individual income tax returns and other compliance forms for mobile employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant tax laws.
  • Working within established processes and instructions to efficiently manage tax compliance tasks, including data input, reconciliation, and document management.
  • Becoming proficient in our cutting-edge technology solutions and tools used for tax calculations, data management, and reporting.
  • Assisting in responding to client queries and requests for information, under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree in economics, business, accounting, finance or relevant field
  • Fluency in English and French
  • 0-2 years of work experience (including relevant internship)
  • Prior experience in global mobility is an advantage
  • Effective and proactive communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including critical thinking
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Client-oriented approach and proactive attitude
