Conduct studies and analyses on Tax Reform, identifying direct impacts and proposing solutions aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Implement tax changes, coordinating actions with affected areas and ensuring compliance with new legal requirements.
Draft technical communications and reports for management, detailing legislative changes, operational impacts, identified risks, and mitigation measures.
Continuously monitor federal, state and municipal tax legislation, applying normative interpretations to the operations of Brazil’s federative units.
Lead technical work on complex tax issues, providing direct support for strategic decision-making.
Evaluate fiscal layouts and interpret Technical Notes, making adjustments to internal systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Provide technical support for tax operations, resolving operational requests and maintaining tax compliance.
Develop and deliver practical training, and implement and monitor internal controls aimed at mitigating tax risks.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree.
Proven experience in tax legislation and ongoing monitoring of Tax Reform.
Proficiency in SAP ERP.
Advanced Excel.
