About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume of roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements and develop best practice hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments, providing consistent and timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or within a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • Comfortable managing multiple vacancies (often 20+ roles at any one time) and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills – you can influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and building inclusive, scalable hiring processes.
  • Confident using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment and enjoys contributing to process improvements.
