About the role

  • Provide maternity leave coverage for approximately six months in the Africa region
  • Design and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to the ministry’s needs
  • Source candidates, manage requisitions, and ensure positive candidate experiences
  • Conduct interviews in alignment with Compassion’s policies
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to keep processes transparent and efficient
  • Focus on recruiting for professional and support-level positions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working in talent acquisition
  • Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above
