About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide maternity leave coverage for approximately six months in the Africa region
- Design and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to the ministry’s needs
- Source candidates, manage requisitions, and ensure positive candidate experiences
- Conduct interviews in alignment with Compassion’s policies
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to keep processes transparent and efficient
- Focus on recruiting for professional and support-level positions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in talent acquisition
- Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above
