Responsibilities
Provide maternity leave coverage for approximately six months in the Africa region
Design and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to the ministry’s needs
Source candidates, manage requisitions, and ensure positive candidate experiences
Conduct interviews in alignment with Compassion’s policies
Maintain communication with stakeholders to keep processes transparent and efficient
Focus on recruiting for professional and support-level positions
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
2+ years of relevant experience working in talent acquisition
Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above
