  • Run structured, data-informed processes that drive both quality and speed.
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across markets.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing across the TA team.

Requirements

  • Experience hiring in the APAC market, ideally within scaling startups or high-growth companies.
  • Track record of successful full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders and advising hiring teams with credibility.
  • Data-informed mindset using insights to improve performance and guide decisions.
  • Japanese or Korean language proficiency is a bonus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
