About the role

  • Conduct detailed briefings with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles, expectations and challenges for open positions;
  • Define sourcing and candidate attraction strategies;
  • Manage selection processes using ATS platforms (Sólides/InHire);
  • Conduct competency-based and cultural-fit interviews, and administer technical case studies and specific assessments;
  • Support hiring managers in decision-making by preparing structured evaluations and insights on candidates;
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, candidate funnel, quality of hire, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction);
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthening the STAYS brand;
  • Ensure a positive and humane candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, handling roles from technical to managerial levels;
  • Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment tools;
  • Experience with recruitment platforms (ATS) and recruitment performance metrics;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously;
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
