About the role

  • Systems Manager leading Oracle Fusion administration and optimization at EIT Oxford. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across critical business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimise Oracle Fusion applications across core business functions.
  • Lead system governance, ensuring best practices in configuration, security, and compliance.
  • Translate business requirements into system enhancements and integrations.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and release cycles in coordination with Oracle and internal teams.
  • Document system processes, data flows, and integration points.
  • Oversee access controls, audit readiness, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful system improvements.
  • Support testing cycles including UAT, regression, and performance testing.
  • Manage vendor relationships and Oracle support services.
  • Provide training and documentation for users and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing enterprise applications, with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion (Finance, HR, Procurement).
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion system administration and integration.
  • Strong grasp of IT governance, change management, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with data security, role-based access, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Oracle certifications in relevant modules or system administration (desirable).
  • Experience with large-scale implementations, migrations, or upgrades (desirable).
  • Exposure to enterprise tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday (desirable).
  • Background in IT service management (ITIL or equivalent) (desirable).
  • Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (desirable).
