Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion system administration and integration.
Strong grasp of IT governance, change management, and lifecycle management.
Experience with data security, role-based access, and compliance.
Familiarity with integration technologies (Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, middleware).
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Oracle certifications in relevant modules or system administration (desirable).
Experience with large-scale implementations, migrations, or upgrades (desirable).
Exposure to enterprise tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday (desirable).
Background in IT service management (ITIL or equivalent) (desirable).
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (desirable).
