- Provide training and documentation for users and technical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing enterprise applications, with 3+ years in Oracle Fusion (Finance, HR, Procurement).
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion system administration and integration.
- Strong grasp of IT governance, change management, and lifecycle management.
- Experience with data security, role-based access, and compliance.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Oracle certifications in relevant modules or system administration (desirable).
- Experience with large-scale implementations, migrations, or upgrades (desirable).
- Exposure to enterprise tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Workday (desirable).
- Background in IT service management (ITIL or equivalent) (desirable).
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (desirable).
