Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of solid WFM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial level role.
Experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operational leadership roles.
Exposure to audit-related processes, reporting, or operational analysis is an advantage.
Solid understanding of accounting and general business concepts.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
Proven ability to coach and mentor team members and support career development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
