Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of solid WFM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial level role.
- Experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operational leadership roles.
- Exposure to audit-related processes, reporting, or operational analysis is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of accounting and general business concepts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members and support career development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
