Joining our supportive Business Operations team, you’ll get to lead on the improvement, implementation, management, optimisation and security of our IT systems. Enjoying the autonomy to explore products or services that could streamline processes, you’ll get to run with your ideas and improve how we do things.
As an IT Systems Manager, your day-to-day IT support will enable our people to find new ways to help our clients – through creative thinking, marketing expertise, data science and everything in between. Specifically, this will involve:
managing the inventory of devices across our agency
proactively leading on cyber security initiatives
day-to-day maintenance of our software and systems
supporting the continuous exploration of IT solutions
managing subscriptions and office technologies
optimising digital and other cloud storage solutions
auditing equipment regularly
resolving software issues and making sure hardware issues are managed with our IT partner.
Requirements
This means we’re looking for someone with a passion for innovation and experience of:
managing and maintaining Apple products
managing M365
supporting colleagues in-house with IT queries
managing cyber security processes and solutions
communicating clearly with non-technical colleagues.
